Home HING What is HING?

HING stands for the Hidden Impairment National Group. It was originally set up to provide some guidance for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).

It has representation from a number of UK organisations and charities representing adults with neurodiversity.
The organisations are keen to provide information and guidance to both employers and employees to maximize talents and increase successful engagement in the workplace of adults with a range of neurodiverse profiles.
