Every person has their own unique profile.
Strengths, skills, motivation, interest and resilience can mean success in a given employment setting.
Often people who are neurodiverse may have peaks of strengths in one area. If this strength is harnessed it can offer employers real talent opportunities. It can be the determination and resilience that makes the person with a neurodiverse profile a key and important employee.
However, the person’s profile may be ‘patchy’ with some areas of great strength and other areas requiring some support and adjustments made.
